Everyone respects everyone else and supports each other. No such thing as an office rivalry here. Everyone within the company has a growth mindset.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how well integrated everyone is. The leadership structure at Classy Llama allows for everyone to have input and be heard while still maintaining structure. It's clear that everyone is valued as a leader in some way and I appreciate that.
