The fact that the culture seems to be more than just work or execution based but about individual people and actually creating a small community or family inside the work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ability to put our heads down and work when we need to but the ability to have fun doing it and just the fact that I would want to hang out with this team outside of work and on weekends.
