We are very family focused. Kiddos often roam the halls and shoot darts at you. There is a ton of understanding when the family needs you.

I really respect the transparency within the organization. When we need to step it up, they let us know, respectfully. There is enough love and grace given, that we want to push harder to hit our goals when it's needed.
