I very much appreciate the accessibility of the leadership team at Classy Llama. There is no gatekeeping. And, most seem to be invested in creating an open and comfortable relationship dynamic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has a very natural and comfortable dynamic. We laugh together, struggle together, and strategize together. I trust that they have my best interest in mind, and I have theirs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel as though I can be completely myself at Classy Llama - lumps and all. There are things I'm great at, and those are appreciated. And, there are things I'm NOT great at, and I'm allowed to learn and grow in those areas without judgement.
