What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect and care for others is held in high regard. Family is important. Having fun is highly encouraged. There are several policies in place to prevent toxic work behaviors.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of my colleagues are genuine, kind, and fun to be around. When the stress level is high, everyone bands together to push through rather than arguing and throwing blame.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is approachable, personable, and truly care about each individual. They are also transparent when it comes to the state of the company and finances and ensure that it is communicated and also provide a forum for questions and feedback.
