Approachability. These men are in charge of a 3.2 billion dollar company, but will take the time to answer my questions and hear my thoughts.

I have found that just about everyone I meet here is will to learn something about you or have a conversation with you at any given time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I wasnt just given a run of the mill interview. It was in depth into my personal goals as well as the company goals and how the two differed or were the same.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work we do is very demanding, however all of my coworkers are going through the same work load. To be able to share the load and continue onward and upward keeps me wanting to come back tomorrow.
