Because i have so much experience that wasn't considered
Underpaid and overworked. Never know what my schedule is in advance until often the night before or even day of.
Benefits are terrible. Get an HR team that can actually do something in a timely manner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can come together and work out plans for the day
They care about their work
People speak their minds at meetings
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need more employees and not so many admins/managers
Nobody wants to deal with upper management and it affects the work.

A variety of different cultural people
