Executive Bio

Mr. Greg Malerbi has been Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Clean Harbors, Inc. since April 9, 2013. Mr. Malerbi oversees the tax department and also be responsible for cash management, investments, banking relationships, commodity hedging and other treasury management activities. He joined Clean Harbors Inc. in 2008 and served as Vice President of Taxation. Prior to joining Clean Harbors, Mr. Malerbi served as the Director of Tax for Sun Life Financial for eight years. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing federal and state tax compliance and reporting for a large multinational financial services firm. Prior to Sun Life Financial, he held tax management positions at several companies, including XTRA Corporation, J. Baker and Marshalls. He began his career as a senior auditor at The Boston Company. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the University of Massachusetts, an M.B.A. from Bentley College and a Master of Science degree in taxation from Suffolk University.
