Michael Battles — Executive VP & CFO at Clean Harbors

Mr. Michael L. Battles, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Clean Harbors, Inc. since January 05, 2016. Mr. Battles served as , Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Clean Harbors, Inc. since September 2013 until January 05, 2016. Mr. Battles served as Vice President and Controller of PerkinElmer Inc. from October 2005 to April 29, 2009 and its Chief Financial Officer of Human Health from January 2009 to April 29, 2009. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of PerkinElmer from November 1, 2006 to April 29, 2009 and its Interim Chief Financial Officer from June 6, 2008 to April 29, 2009. He serves as a Member of Supervisory Board at chemagen Biopolymer-Technologie AG. He is a Certified Public Accountant of AICPA. Mr. Battles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Vermont.
