I know this company thrives on vurning out ambassadors and not moving anyone to management. I was fired because I couldn't work five days a week and go to college 3 days a week. To work this job i would not get a college degree in planned time. Many employees told me they gave up their college dream
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire ambassadors part time. This is a grueling 8 hours on your feet leaving a worker exhausted and not able to do anything else but sleep after a shift. Fulm time doesn't allow a life for a student. Plus there is no growth. Management told Senior Ambassadors not to even apply for management position
