Our team is pretty diverse and everyone maintains a respectful attitude, even when we discuss difficult topics.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a flexible work from home policy and our healthcare insurance premiums are covered by the employer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our C-Suite has some of the most bright and driven people I ever met. They set a great example for the rest of the company and are very approachable.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like coming up with and sharing analyses that I put together for our partners/stakeholders. It's nice to draw them to data-driven conclusions that benefit both them and us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an open floor plan that allows people to easily interact. There's always some nice background music playing and the vibe is always one that is both alert yet comfortable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I both loved and stressed over the case study! I got to do it at my own pace (within a couple weeks' time), which was helpful. It was an opportunity for me showcase my best work without being overly pressured.
