My teammates and I enjoy my work. I feel that we have a lot of autonomy to make our roles our own.

When I am given autonomy to lead initiatives but that rarely happens because of organizational structure with multiple layers

C-suit need to ask the right questions to get feedback and then back it up with actions to address enormous amount of issues.
