When organization lays people off, it's not ok to call them "friends we deeply care about". We lean on friends when times are tough, not separate them. Salaries are not competitive and there is a lack of internal mobility unless you are in supply chain. Many people are overqualified and stuck.
Rules need to be consistent for everybody. Have an open door policy. Make it a family setting again instead of the jail feel.

My salary is below market median even though I am a Sr. professional. There is not pay equity as positions have different titles which make it hard to do equity analysis. Turnover in my profession is high but the Company does nothing to address the issues we raise openly.
I feel they vaule new hires more then someone that been there over 10years like myself. Everyone should gotten a bump in pay. Not just the new hires

It has turned into a managers against employees. Managers use to come out and ask how your day is going. Now they come out looking for safety violations and other reasons to fire you for

The group Exercise was different. But i think they have stopped that since we are now hireing temps.
Efficient and quick decision making
sometimes you get a sham interview ( nonstructual, (it last about 10-20 minutes) with no paper trail. Then you receive an auto generated email telling you that they picked a more qualified person. when you speak with the person, you find out that that was a lie. Hiring managers cannot be trusted.
