The select few i have met have been pretty friendly.

Decisions are made based off of the greater good for associates. Our leaders listen and work hard to do the right thing. They really care about people and want to make a positive impact.

If there was enough people yo spread out and help that would be great lost of times when people call out are sick or on pto every one else has to pick up the slack. Yoyr managingteam. will not come to help out but will go order for everyone else.

Interacting with the employees. And give us a pay thats equivalent to the work they do

Give us what we made and had in benefits from 2011 adding raises for inflation.

To have more interaction with the entire area you work with instead of twice a year. Maybe not get chewed out for taking a weekend off would also be nice.

Pay at least what the market is paying. I have college friends that are making $15-20k more than i am annually in similar sales position in different (less lucrative) industries.

The other mercandisers have went theough this and push it off. If the management likes you imediantly then you time will be great at the company. If you hear a manager say" i am glad that emplyee will never work for ua again" and you just started 2 months ago it gives a sour taste for that peraon.
