Pay at least what the market is paying. I have college friends that are making $15-20k more than i am annually in similar sales position in different (less lucrative) industries.
Lazy people are rewarded for puahing work onto people who get paid less than them

Actually hire people for a fair amount of work and fair pay. Time off when yhey need it not when the company dictates. They control when youre allowed to take pto
Look at ethe management if the heartland company. Ask questions about why some people get easy routes and other get long and hard routes.
