The culture is hypocritical. They claim to be in service of God but do nothing to serve the people that are making them the millions of dollars they take home. They are false and phony. They cover up issues or policy violations.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More support from management and corporate. More training to help us understand things so we can get done with our days in better timing. Better pay. Some are paid time and a half for overtime while some of us are not which is not fair.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They violate polices and show favoritism while denying those they do not like the benefits they are entitled to. They pay time people extra time they shouldn't have or in ways they aren't suppose to get it but corporate does nothing about it. They make us come in earlier than them and work longer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company will succeed because it has the Coca Cola name and has for years. They have found how to play the game in their favor to make people think they are good and not see them for who they are. Customers talk bad of us as a company and so do other drivers.
