better communication among each-other, allowing voices to be heard and discussions to be had in order to come to understandings across more than one department
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
inclusion, diversity and communication. Within my city, there is only one female manager now, and 98% of all other management level employees are white males. There is a lack of diversity and as a result there is a lack of inclusion. Favoritism is strongly felt with the lower tier employees as well.
