The challenge of the project I'm on, which is a new process and therefore everything I do I feel like I'm making a difference.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is fantastic, which is great seeing as I work in Sales in a fresh & difficult market to crack. The monthly wellness budget encourages us to look after ourselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is genuine respect, empathy and even love in the leadership for the people who work at Codility. I've never worked for a company that cares about changing its people's lives so much for the better. In return, that makes me want to do my very best, each and every day I'm here.
