Being able to earn a commission off of every deal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is pretty collaborative and everyone is genuinely learning from each other and coaching each other whilst happy to do so for greater success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is just finding their way and backing each other so that we all succeed, we can have open conversations about work, mental health, and fun. It's the full package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team has communicated clear and concise values and goals that are aligned. The communication of our goals and strategy going forward is clear and the wider team feels included in the process and rationale behind the decisions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that there is an abundance of support when I need it and that I am trusted to do my job well, offered great support, and not micro-managed which means I can work how I like to work and still deliver on my target.
