A good learning experience in a company that is in a growth phase and has credible long-term goals. Always-helpful colleagues in an environment that fosters a non-egotistical approach. Not perfect but I didn't expect that at this stage of the firm's development - all part of the journey!

Approachability. Everyone in my specific team is always ready to help one another, and provide a sounding-board.

Trust in the staff to take their own, sensible decisions, and communicate amongst themselves as to the best way forward. And the corollary - lack of micro-management!
