I am paid fairly for the work that I do. Codility consistently benchmarks the industry I/we work in and endeavour to have everyone consistently happy with their salary.
What makes you most happy at work?
My contribution to the overall success of our business is recognised. I enjoy not being the smartest person in the room and therefore learning something each and every day. I never feel judged and I am encouraged to use my voice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Natalia P is inspirational. She truly 'gets it' and has such a natural ability to listen at every level and give very well thought out and reasoned responses. She understands the market and what it means for our business to be part of it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact we have a real focus on mental health, we have de-stigmatized MH and really invested in our employees' mental wellbeing. I also value how approachable everyone is from the C-suite all the way down to interns. Everyone has time for you - no exceptions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of unique individuals. They each bring something different to the organisation. They are incredibly smart, customer-obsessed and have a real knack for always going the extra mile without ever being asked to. I have never worked anywhere else where teamwork was so easy.
