I love how you can always have some fun small talk in meetings, regardless of whether it's a meeting with your peers or managers; no "strictly business" attitude, we are human first
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity, how every opinion matters and our differences are what actually makes stronger as a group. I also love that there's no corporate subordination, everyone is humble and down-to-earth,I have never met a person in Codility with the attitude "I have a bigger title than you, I'm more important"
