I have only been with Codility since August and so far my experience has been very positive. My mentor was extremely hands on and helpful to begin with and I have never been a part of a company who cares so much about mental health which means a lot to me.

all very different and unique and bring lots of wonderful ideas to the table when we connect on a weekly basis

being able to have a work live balance and work with customers that believe in our product and want to create meaningful partnerships
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Codility for me is a very diverse and inclusive company in comparison to where I have worked before so many cultures and nationalities. Still more to improve on to continue this diversification but working in the right direction for sure!
