We are pretty good at what we do and we care about each other.

They seem to value the human aspect of our work and provide us guidence to improve at our work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing what I love and getting good results out of it. This sometimes takes long time but in the end if I get recognition then this really helps motivate me to do more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is mainly because of the type of contract I have here in Poland. Unless I can't switch to a "developer" type of contract, one Euro salary band for example won't mean much to me because of the higher tax rate.
