Codility has a very clear moral compass and actually acts on their beliefs. It's also an extremely supportive environment

There's an all around sense of appreciation for our work, which is shown with actions. I also really appreciate the transparency

The comp plan is on par with our skills and the opportunity to be able to do team bonding is amazing
What makes you most happy at work?
My job role is absolutely on par with where I am on my professional journey and matches my skills set. Working in a company that gives us so much is also a very important motivator
What are some of the best things about your team?
The word 'Team' is taken seriously. I am also very impressed with everyones level of professionalism. Having a diverse team not only in terms of professional skills but in every other way is also key to Codility's success
