Tight knit group that gets along well, wants to do social things together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem like genuine people who are doing their best and care about employees as people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
European tech salaries are very low compared to USA. If we're competing in the US tech industry, and that's where our customers are, our salaries should be benchmarked to reflect that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think everyone has their heart in the right place, treats each other with respect, and wants to see Codility succeed. I feel like we have a good culture that values employees as people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is so much harder than it should be. Technical debt and bureaucracy means that making tiny trivial changes takes days or weeks. It feels like swimming through molasses! It's a software and/or process problem, not a people problem. We need to empower people!
