What can I say, it's been only two months so I'm still in the honey moon period, but so far I can't fault Codility. They have been superb starting with the interview process and continuing all the way through. The recipe was simple, passion, enthusiasm but more importantly honesty and transparency.

That they don't just talk the talk but they also walk the walk and put their money where their mouth is.

The ability to work with very capable colleagues, on very interesting challenges, and in an industry space that it's really close to my heart.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The level of care for their employees and empathy is on a scale I've never experience before in my 20+ years of career in various field of engineering.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's difficult to narrow one down, they all have a great merit in their own right, from the share, to the very generous holiday allowance passing through the work from abroad days. It would be easier what is that I would improve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a very healthy relationship and the team easily and naturally comes together when needs be to tackle difficult challenges. It's a great example of the famous statement "there is no I in team". Additionally people are very interesting and good to be around.
