My personal experience has been very difficult. I feel like I work for a great company but is also disorganised and figuring out how to operate. I have contemplated leaving multiple times. I think this could be a great company but is not quite there yet.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is nice and wants to do the best job they can.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary. I like most of the benefits but they could be improved.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Generally speaking, the company culture is very good. There are a few bad actors that are particularly loud that can create unnecessary tension and hostility
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In the engineering department, there are considerable issues that impact everyone's ability to work and improve the product. Not enough time/emphasis is placed on these problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone seems very friendly and approachable. However, I'm not entirely sure who is part of the leadership team. As a result, I have had little interaction with most of the leadership team.
