What is the best part about your compensation package?

Holidays & PTO Package are both legit

We recently had a market adjustment firm-wide, which was great as we were slightly below market with compensation prior to the adjustment. Now I believe we are even ahead of the compensation curve!

Above market compensation, with a generous bonus structure for our team. Along with 25 days of PTO and 20 paid holidays, we are provided with a great work/life balance.
