almost NO work culture or sense of community

Company is inclusive, understanding, inviting and supports workers. Can't speak for all of management, however my experience has always been as mentioned above. Company pays you well for what you do and all the inclusive benefits you also get as an employee all adds up.

Okay but not very great

Coles are a money making concern They have no loyalty to their workers Dont work for them They try to force u to work the days they want and threaten to make u casual if u dont comply No sure they can do this but they bully u

I have worked for Coles for 17 years now and have no issues with the company. However more than half of my manages have left a lot to be desired.

there was no leadership team

I like the focus on sustainability, the support we get from management to further our careers as well as the initiatives for the target zero strategy which highlights coles efforts expended into reducing waste.
