Leadership need to work on developing their team. No one asks what we might like to improve on, it’s assumed and usually ends up being something that doesn’t apply to many people.

The size, scope and complexity of our organization is different then other international public companies, so it's about finding the right balance especially for the ones that will be leading the company into the next 5-10 years of growth.

I am undervalued because I know I am being paid more than $10,000 less than what I would be paid at a competitor. Competitve pay would make me feel better about my compensation. Also being recognized and given higher compensation without having to ask would show that the company values me

Get rid of the current management team

I have one team member that is outstanding. The rest appear to be simply out for themselves. No teamwork functions to speak of, and a lot of back-stabbing.

The environment can be very negative because management singles people out and causes them to feel very negative about working here.
