Leadership need to work on developing their team. No one asks what we might like to improve on, it’s assumed and usually ends up being something that doesn’t apply to many people.

I have one team member that is outstanding. The rest appear to be simply out for themselves. No teamwork functions to speak of, and a lot of back-stabbing.
