What did you like most about the interview process?Lots of questions that are well thought through
What makes you most happy at work?Flexible work schedule and fair compensation
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone is a team player
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The entire company culture should br scrapped, rebranded and re-introduced snd maybe that may help to increase employee morale. Many are unhappy abd just ' going thrust the motions' regarding work responsibilities and tasks!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?IT was an every man look out for themselves Type of environment. My teammate had 30 yrs if experience nut refused to help train me properly and she got away with it!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Staying pay was less than the average industry standard for a comparable position elsewhere! Definitely openly pitted against your peer team mates for an annual merit increase; available only IF the company was profitable at years end. No cost if living increases available. Didn't warn your worth!!
