I have good benefits and a good salary.
We have a good compensation package. One of the best parts is the company match on our 401K. I also love the other perks like EAP and access to financial advisors who are helpful in whatever stage of life we are in - college, retirement, savings.

Considering the travel distance and time that I have to cover in order for me to be on time for my job neither a minutes above or below to avoid penalisation, I believe undervalued is an understatement here.
C-Levels make millions upon millions we make pennys and struggle dealing with inflation.
