Our benefits are great. The best part is our 401K and Pension.

I have good benefits and a good salary.

We have a good compensation package. One of the best parts is the company match on our 401K. I also love the other perks like EAP and access to financial advisors who are helpful in whatever stage of life we are in - college, retirement, savings.

Within the years that I’ve been here, I’ve took on some very serious responsibilities by helping out my colleagues in different departments/?roles as a team player. The problem is being taken advantage of by not being acknowledged/rewarded and still being used to take on other jobs responsibili

Considering the travel distance and time that I have to cover in order for me to be on time for my job neither a minutes above or below to avoid penalisation, I believe undervalued is an understatement here.

C-Levels make millions upon millions we make pennys and struggle dealing with inflation.

The work that I do should be a higher grade level with higher pay.

I feel undervalued because the job that I have is unvalued. My job is important and my pay should be better.

Fair pay to all races including white and black employees

Review comp plans. Companies are paying more to attract and retain talent. Comerica must get on board eith this.
