At least half need to go. Comerica is insanely top heavy. No manager knows the work that is done. Everything is ran by people who are dedicated to the company, but not recognized and will never be promoted.

C-Levels make millions upon millions we make pennys and struggle dealing with inflation.

We need competent management. Or maybe the board needs to change. 80% of management has been replaced in the last two years, and everything has become worse.
Don't just hire because there is a spot, first build a respectable position for your employee and then hire that person, don't throw them into the meat grinder
Train the managers how to communicate.
Don't make people feel like a criminal when you interview them.
Stop leadership from hiring their friends

Stop treating the good workers unfairly because it affects their ability to do their job properly
Many customers are upset by lack of communication regarding delayed k-1s and system issues
Internet banking & Credit Cards are the worst, the credit cards are from a third party.
The managers are the worst. Hold the managers accountible and get rid of them. Hire managers who don't talk down to others and make them want to quit.
