Brandon is accessible, down to earth, and has a great way of communicating his vision.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The remote work is great and the allowances for office equipment for home office is even better!
CommentSold offers reimbursement for work at home equipment and also healthy activities that keep remote workers feeling good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no career paths.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are rowing the boat in the same direction, keeping a sense of humor along the way.
Our team is one of the most supportive groups I have worked with. We are all friends and are rowing the boat in the same direction, helping each other and our shops along the way.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was quick and I received a response letting me know if I got the job quickly.
You will be interviewed by your direct manager and the manager above that person, so you are speaking with a hiring manager who really understands the department they are hiring for and what they need most.

I love hearing one of our shops tell us how much time and effort we save them with our software.
