Outstanding place to work. Great culture.

When I started, I was pleased to find so many wonderful, caring people all in one place! As the company shifted its strategy and stopped investing in their employees, sadly, it's been an exodus of good, solid people leaving.

This company has some truly wonderful employees, but recent changes have tanked morale and driven many tenured people to leave. People may be able to tolerate low pay, but when they are unhappy with their company, they vote with their feet.

CFN is among the best "bro" companies out there. Low pay, unreasonable expectations, and gasliting are all common occurrences at this financial org! Definitely who you want holding your money!

Managers vary by department, but there are some truly amazing ones! Upper management has been unsupportive and out-of-touch.

Some in management truly shine. It's unfortunate to see fresh ideas and supportive people stifled by upper management.

It's very welcoming and need based, not like they're looking for you to mess up. They're good teachers.

The "team" loves to spout "family" but continually fails to meet living wage or quality of life changes. The c-suite executives are only interested in their own pockets.

The bonus is meant to help offset the lower rate of pay, but it's not promised.

HR is always happy to talk through the benefits package.

The longer you work there, the more perks you get.

If CFN would raise pay and invest in the people, not the business, it might improve. Interesting that a 40 year old company is still in "start-up" mode when it comes to culture and finances.

I handle a lot of responsibilities and carry the work home with me.

So many people here truly care and pour their heart into what they do!

Everyone is so friendly, and communicative.

Stop pussyfooting around remote work and let your employees thrive away from the jail-like office you have set up. Remote work is here now, not in 3-4 years.

People care about one another

It's a nice space with a breakroom that feels like a home kitchen, a bathroom with all the necessities, and nurturing events like "Bagel Fridays."

The company needs to take a hard look at what is reasonable for its size and status. It's driving people away by shifting focus from the employees, and it appears to be backfiring.

Upper management needs to be more open to ideas from outside their sphere.

Exit start up mode, realize your employees are your business, and PAY THEM. CFN's mottos is "underpay, over expect." They will host all the "networking" events for employees, but they're generally poorly thought out and would be better invested in people as salary, not a tax write off.

The interview process was cake!

It was straight forward, no games, open and honest

They were very flexible about the time and manner of interviewing, very understanding about the fact that I was relocating from 2 states away.

token questions, unclear who is in the room, who would be the boss, what the role is...they focus on grilling you about what cfn is, tho the website is VAGUE

I love interacting with teammates who give their all and still ask how your day is going.
