People care about one another
It's a nice space with a breakroom that feels like a home kitchen, a bathroom with all the necessities, and nurturing events like "Bagel Fridays."
The company needs to take a hard look at what is reasonable for its size and status. It's driving people away by shifting focus from the employees, and it appears to be backfiring.
Upper management needs to be more open to ideas from outside their sphere.
Exit start up mode, realize your employees are your business, and PAY THEM. CFN's mottos is "underpay, over expect." They will host all the "networking" events for employees, but they're generally poorly thought out and would be better invested in people as salary, not a tax write off.
