The individual contributors at Compass are a supportive and talented group of people that I enjoy collaborating with. However, the leadership, specifically the CEO needs to treat the internal employees in the same manner and passion he has for the agents. There is a big gap in respect.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leadership keeps blaming the market downturn. While it may partially be true, there has been poor management and prioritization of products that have landed us with a loss of benefits and lack of competitive pay.
