We consistently sacrifice our brand values, guidelines, and general mental well-being for the benefit of our agents.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Value their employees as much as they do their agents. Employees are constantly put through the ringer for unreasonable agent requests. If an agent complains loud enough, they get what they want. Employee complaints seem to get lost in the ether.
