What does the leadership team need to get better at?To get to the next level, CEO must learn to think like a big fish instead of a small fish and let go of the need to control everything. Part of that is having the maturity to recognize his own limitations and expertise. Micromanagement makes for a terrible employee experience and stifles creativity.
