What makes you most happy at work?Being able to work from home, and know that I can be effective and take care of my clients and their patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We accept everyone for who they are, and even celebrate it. As a single mom, I am able to have a work-life balance that works for my daughter and I.
What are some of the best things about your team?My specific specialty team is very team-focused, most of us want to see each other succeed. We don't have that "every man for itself" mentality. We support one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? In our industry, I feel like our base salary is grossly underpaid, our commission structure is extremely low also. I feel like the execs keep pushing for higher results and then keep those profits for themselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? No options. Sales was way too competitive between employees. Verbal arguments nonstop
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Understanding what is happening in the market and at a team level. They are not leading, but managing.
