I'm happy to see the changes in focus, process, training, staff, etc...

I'm learning again. And I have an opportunity to make more money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mutual respect, different cultures, ethnicities, backgrounds. Not a lot of micromanaging. Trusted to do my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The sales ramp up is long and I would have preferred an advance or some kind of comp to help in that ramp up time. I'm also uncertain our avg deal size is as it was advertised which will make it harder to reach my OTE.
