Its a compelling commission structure but with a strong and livable base. As well there is room enough for growth that I definitely feel incentivized.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel very connected to their efforts and mission. As well I really value the emphasis on culture and find it energizing. I want to work hard for this company because the people are genuinely awesome and I know they have my back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a really effective work hard play hard environment. I have worked at companies where there are very high expectations and stronger commission incentives, but im finding that simply having a strong emphasis on work life balance and work and play makes me want to work much much harder.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The BDR team is electric. I haven't even met half the team yet and I know its a very special group with awesome energy. I want to work collaboratively with my peers and I feel very supported by Devin. Its the kind of atmosphere where I feel like everyone is elevating one another. 10/10 !
