Really great culture especially compared to previous startups I've worked on. Pace and sense of urgency for certain things is appropriate but at a company level maybe could be dialed up a bit. LA office is a good group and cool spot. Would like to hear more from execs around plans to scale the biz

A good environment and working culture. Some special people. Flexible work environment and lots of positive personal interactions. Sometimes feels a bit disconnected from performance of the company, e.g. could not say what our company goals are or how we are tracking.

two of us (JT and I), we've built a lot of trust in the few months I've been here, lots of agency and ability to work on things I feel are important.
