I love the company and the people, however i am not very happy with my job. I feel a bit mislead as to what I was told to expect and do vs what I am actually doing. I have issues with my manager and feel as if he does not actually know how to manage a team and it creates much difficulty for me

People are very friendly and nice. I have an easy time sharing laughs and building friendships here
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Many managers in this company seem to be chosen by tenure, not ability to manage. This effects how employees are managed and can create friction.
