What is the best part about your compensation package?

the benefit package its great

Good. Better if you research and negotiate well for yourself to begin with (like anyplace else).

Quarterly paid bonuses which are a great incentive and reward for your contributions to company revenue growth.

If I took benefit i would have made 10$/hr with trying to pay into my benefit like 401k and insurance. Tell me how that is a living wage for a 38year old?

A role that allowed for something other than a robot to click buttons and watch progress bars

Investigate Office politics, if hr are to act as management puppets then why is there an hr team.

It's a culture thing, and starts at the top. If you're not c-level, you're fodder to eject after each negative earnings statement. It's the only way they know how to increase revenue...by decreasing overhead costs).

I feel undervalued, because I am undervalued. I see what the market is paying. I have never received a raise, despite good reviews, for my entire tenure. I only know two, in a team of 40, who have gotten a raise in the last 7 years. A career path with the possibility of keeping up with inflation.

Adequate pay that is at least up to market scale. Some hope of raises would be nice, as well as a possibility of moving up in the company. Without these, nothing else will matter.

Management does not take initiative to show they value their employees hard work. Work environment at times can feel toxic. Management needs to boost morale and compensate employees accordingly

They have not lived up to their commitments in compensation laid out during the interview and hiring process. No raises. Only a few bonuses.
