Quarterly paid bonuses which are a great incentive and reward for your contributions to company revenue growth.

If I took benefit i would have made 10$/hr with trying to pay into my benefit like 401k and insurance. Tell me how that is a living wage for a 38year old?

My coworkers are great people. Also, the company will let me grow and try new things, as long as it does not cost them anything. My direct manager is very good, but he dos not run the company. It was all done over the phone. I never once saw them or my manager and they placed me at a stite the hadn't been to in years to know what the needs were.

Oh wow, pay increases at regular intervals would help a lot. I have not have a pay increase in over five years. We get reviewed annually - all mine have been positive either meet or exceeds expectations

We are very much engaged in the race to the bottom, low balling techs while also putting a lot of administrative and clerical work that is not really technical, on them. With no hope for raises, no clear career path, and large amounts of non technical work heaped on us, many no longer care.
