They should have paid the people who are out doing the work for their clients better and not ripped them off.

Oh wow, pay increases at regular intervals would help a lot. I have not have a pay increase in over five years. We get reviewed annually - all mine have been positive either meet or exceeds expectations

We are very much engaged in the race to the bottom, low balling techs while also putting a lot of administrative and clerical work that is not really technical, on them. With no hope for raises, no clear career path, and large amounts of non technical work heaped on us, many no longer care.

We need training, not better training but just training would be enough
Better pay, communication with upper management on changes that effect employees and training
CompuCom has been seen as nothing more than a stepping stone for CEOs. Nothing is cared for when it comes to the employee.
