What does the leadership team need to get better at?
care about people more than money
Keeping at least ine client for over 2 years
Paying the people that do the actual work appropriately and better, and actually talk to them not just go by metrics.
Leading. Sticking up for the employees and not being the one bending us over for another company to do with as they please

Increase my pay and benefits
Left for another job there was no future
If I took benefit i would have made 10$/hr with trying to pay into my benefit like 401k and insurance. Tell me how that is a living wage for a 38year old?
A role that allowed for something other than a robot to click buttons and watch progress bars
Investigate Office politics, if hr are to act as management puppets then why is there an hr team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
2 needs to stop nitpicking corporate policy while complaining and the lead needs to grow a pair
There's no interaction. The management never take regular meeting

Management seriousness. They believe in quantity instead of quality

New management, new CEO who is able to get clients for us to work in
They should have paid the people who are out doing the work for their clients better and not ripped them off.
Remove the management. Remove the politics and favouritism
Oh wow, pay increases at regular intervals would help a lot. I have not have a pay increase in over five years. We get reviewed annually - all mine have been positive either meet or exceeds expectations

We are very much engaged in the race to the bottom, low balling techs while also putting a lot of administrative and clerical work that is not really technical, on them. With no hope for raises, no clear career path, and large amounts of non technical work heaped on us, many no longer care.
