What is the best part about your compensation package?
the benefit package its great
Good. Better if you research and negotiate well for yourself to begin with (like anyplace else).
Quarterly paid bonuses which are a great incentive and reward for your contributions to company revenue growth.
Compensation is fair, could be improved upon of course.

We all got hired by these snakes around the same time

Treated like a number. Good things ignored, bad things highlighted. They will try not to pay you

My coworkers are great people. Also, the company will let me grow and try new things, as long as it does not cost them anything. My direct manager is very good, but he dos not run the company. Right now, there is a residue of good things from when this was a great company, but they are disappearing.

The new manager's attitude who interviewed me, she had a great energy.

It was all done over the phone. I never once saw them or my manager and they placed me at a stite the hadn't been to in years to know what the needs were.
